TikTok Connections
Connect a host's TikTok account to pull their audience counts — what it does and does not fetch.
A host can authorize LiveAgentPro to read their TikTok profile. This is the only automatic data feed in the product.
What it fetches — and what it does not #
A connection pulls four numbers: total followers, accounts the host follows, total likes, and video count. It also refreshes the host's TikTok display name and avatar.
It does not fetch diamonds, live minutes, valid live days, battles, live views, or peak viewers. TikTok's API does not expose LIVE earnings or air time to us, so those reach LiveAgentPro by CSV import on TikTok exactly as they do on Bigo. See Platform Stats for the full breakdown.
The four numbers it does fetch are lifetime running totals, not a week's activity, and the row is stamped with the day it was pulled.
How it connects #
The host authorizes LiveAgentPro through TikTok's own OAuth consent screen — your agency never handles the host's password. Authorizing creates a stored connection holding the host's token, one per host per platform. The host can revoke it from TikTok at any time, which stops the pull.
When it runs #
On demand. Open the host's TikTok platform record and press Sync now, or have an operator run the sync command. There is no overnight schedule, so a connection you set up and forget will not keep itself current — press Sync now when you want fresh counts, or import them along with everything else.
Availability #
TikTok's API requires the platform to approve the integration and requires each host to grant it individually. If a connection cannot be created or a sync fails, the cause is usually on TikTok's side — approval status, a revoked grant, or an expired token. Nothing in LiveAgentPro turns the feature off; there is simply nothing to pull until a host has authorized.
