Documents & CSV Import

Upload files, and bulk-import performance data with a reusable column mapping.

The Documents area handles file uploads against the agency, including the bulk stat imports that most agencies run every week.

Why this page matters more than it sounds #

CSV import is not a fallback here — it is the main way performance data gets into LiveAgentPro. Diamonds, live minutes, valid live days, live sessions, battles, live views, peak viewers and new followers all arrive this way, on both TikTok and Bigo. Budget for a recurring import in whoever's week owns stats.

Two import routes #

Per-host upload. On a host's stat history there is an Upload CSV (Live Stats) button. It expects a period date plus the LIVE columns — live sessions, LIVE duration in hours, valid days, new followers, diamonds, battles, views, peak viewers, and an optional note. Hours are converted to minutes for you.

Documents column mapping. For spreadsheets whose headings don't match ours, the Documents area lets you map your columns to our fields once and reuse that mapping. This route can also set the four audience counts, which the per-host uploader cannot.

Both routes mark the rows they create as imported, so an imported row is always distinguishable from an automatically pulled one.

Practical advice #

  • Get the period date right. Week-over-week momentum, campaign conditions, and mission progress are all computed from it.
  • Set the mapping up once and keep your export format stable; after that an import is an upload rather than a configuration exercise.
  • Import each platform separately. Every row attaches to one per-platform host record, so a Bigo import never touches TikTok numbers.
  • Re-importing the same period replaces that period's imported row rather than adding a duplicate.
