Monthly Statements

A HostMonthlyStatement summarizes one host's performance and pay for a period (month). It's the bridge between raw stats and what the host actually earns.

What a statement holds #

For the period it rolls up diamonds, live hours, valid live days, and the resulting payment, along with any commission splits.

Automatic compensation #

On save, the compensation calculator matches the statement to the correct tier of the applicable plan and computes the reward — so opening a statement shows the tier and payout without manual work.

Calculate from Plan stages a proposal, it does not commit one. The action tells you which tier matched and what the payment would change from and to, and its button is labelled Put it in the form. Nothing is written until you press Save changes, so you can look at the number, disagree with it, and walk away.

An amount you type yourself wins. Once you set a payment by hand, the calculator stops overwriting it: correct a metric afterwards and the statement still moves to the right tier, but the payment stays the figure you entered. A month settled by agreement — a bonus, a disputed ban fee, a negotiated exit — is a decision, and the plan does not get to quietly undo it. Press Calculate from Plan when you want to hand the statement back to the ladder; from then on it follows the plan again.

Paid statements are locked #

Once a statement is marked paid, its amounts and metrics are locked — the fields are disabled, and the lock is enforced on the record itself rather than only in the form, so an import or a background job cannot quietly rewrite a month you have already paid out on.

To correct one, use Reopen for adjustment. It says what it is about to clear (the amount and the date it was paid), clears the paid mark, and hands the statement back to you editable. Re-marking it paid locks it again. The point is that a payment record only changes through a step someone deliberately took.

Goal achievement #

If the host set a personal monthly diamond target and hits it, a goal achievement alert can be sent the day they reach it (WhatsApp + portal).

Visibility #

Hosts see their own statements in the Host Portal. Staff see all statements and can export them.
