Freely label contacts and use tags as audiences for campaigns.
Tags are flexible labels you attach to contacts. They power both quick filtering and messaging segmentation.
Tagging contacts #
Add any tag to a contact from the profile, or attach a tag to many contacts at once with the bulk tag action on the contacts table.
Status tags #
Some tags are managed for you: each platform's status syncs to a tag like
tiktok:hired or bigo:applied, so you can always segment by where a host is in
the pipeline.
Tags as campaign audiences #
In message campaigns, tags are available as audience
conditions — for example, "everyone tagged vip" or "hired hosts not tagged
paused". Combine tag conditions with stat and status conditions in AND/OR
groups to target precisely.
