Team & Invitations
Invite staff with signed links and manage your team.
Inviting staff #
Add a staff member by sending a signed invitation link (UserInvitation).
The invitee accepts the link to join your agency with the role you assigned.
Invitations expire, and pending invites count toward any team-member limit on
your plan.
Managing the team #
The Team area lists your staff, their roles, and lets you adjust roles and permissions or remove members.
Multi-agency membership #
Because a user can belong to more than one agency, accepting an invitation adds the agency to their account rather than creating a separate login.
