Contacts
The host record — profiles, platform connections, notes, tasks, targets, and bulk actions.
A Contact is a host (talent) on your roster. It's the hub that ties together a person's platform connections, stats, statements, messages, and events.
The contact profile #
Each contact carries core fields (name, phone, email, date of birth, locale) plus
custom fields you define. A contact can have per-platform details
(ContactPlatformDetails) for TikTok and/or Bigo — each with its own status,
platform ID, start date, assigned recruiter, and sub-agency.
Status pipeline #
Per-platform status moves through: Applied → Interviewed → Hired → Retired /
Rejected. Status-based tags (e.g. tiktok:hired) sync automatically so you can
segment on them.
Notes, tasks, and targets #
- Notes — freeform internal notes on the host.
- Tasks — to-dos tied to the contact, surfaced to staff.
- Monthly targets — a personal diamond goal per month; hitting it can trigger a goal achievement alert.
Tags #
Apply tags freely. Tags double as audience conditions in campaigns.
Bulk actions #
From the contacts table you can, in bulk: send WhatsApp, send email, attach tags, and export to CSV. There's also a merge tool to combine duplicate contacts (it moves messages, statements, events, conversations, and tags onto the surviving record).
