Bigo Live

How Bigo hosts are managed — a full first-class platform everywhere except automatic stat sync.

Bigo Live is a first-class platform in LiveAgentPro. A host can be a Bigo host, a TikTok host, or both, and everything the product does with a roster works the same way on either.

What works exactly as it does for TikTok #

  • Per-platform host records — status, Bigo platform ID, start date, assigned recruiter, and sub-agency, each held separately from the host's TikTok record. See Contacts.
  • Application forms — publish a Bigo-specific intake form and accept applicants straight into a Bigo host record. See Application Forms.
  • Compensation — tiers, condition trees, and automatic tier assignment. A plan can be Bigo-specific and override your agency default for Bigo hosts. See Compensation Plans.
  • Statements, payouts, and commission — including PIX and CPF fields for Brazilian hosts. See Monthly Statements.
  • Messaging — WhatsApp, email, campaigns, onboarding sequences, alerts.
  • Points, missions, and rewards — a mission can target Bigo, TikTok, or both. See Points & Rewards.
  • Events, battles, leaderboards, and the host portal.

The one thing that does not: automatic stat sync #

There is no Bigo API integration. Nothing pulls Bigo numbers automatically — not diamonds, not beans, not air time, not followers. Every Bigo performance number enters LiveAgentPro one of two ways:

  • CSV import — the normal route. Export from Bigo's agency tools, map your columns once in the Documents area, and import on whatever cadence you work to. See Documents & CSV Import.
  • Typed onto a monthly statement — for a single host's month, the statement form has fields for diamonds, live hours, live days, new followers, and battles. See Monthly Statements.

This is not a temporary gap awaiting a switch: there is no Bigo connection to create and no Bigo credential to enter. Plan for a recurring import.

Worth noting that TikTok is only partly better off — its API gives us audience counts and no LIVE data, so diamonds are a CSV import on both platforms. Platform Stats has the field-by-field comparison.

Practical advice #

  • Decide your import cadence first (weekly is common) and keep the period dates in your export accurate — week-over-week momentum, campaign conditions, and mission progress are all computed from them.
  • Set up the column mapping once. It is reusable, so subsequent imports are an upload rather than a configuration exercise.
  • If you run both platforms, import them separately. Each row is attached to a specific per-platform host record, so a Bigo import never touches TikTok numbers.
