What LiveAgentPro is, who it's for, and how this documentation is organized.
Welcome to the LiveAgentPro documentation. LiveAgentPro is a multi-tenant CRM for live-streaming talent agencies — the companies that recruit, onboard, and manage hosts who stream on TikTok Live and Bigo Live.
It brings the whole agency workflow into one place: a public application pipeline, contact management, automated and manual stat tracking, tiered compensation, two-way messaging over WhatsApp, events and battles, a host self-service portal, and reporting across all of it.
Who uses it #
- Agency staff sign in to the admin panel to manage hosts, messaging, compensation, and reporting. Access is controlled per-resource by role.
- Hosts (your talent) use a dedicated portal to see their stats, statements, ranking, events, and messages — no admin access required.
How these docs are organized #
Every page is tagged with the module it belongs to — you'll see the badge at the top of each page and in the sidebar. Use the sidebar to browse by module and the "On this page" rail to jump between sections. Search (top right) filters every page in the current language as you type.
Documentation is available in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese — use the language switcher in the header. The content matches the app's own three locales.
Where to start #
If you're new, read the Quick Start next — it walks an agency from sign-up through hiring a first host and sending a first message. From there, dive into whichever module you need from the sidebar.
