LiveAgentPro is a subscription product; each agency has its own billing.
Plans and subscription #
Agencies subscribe to a plan through the billing area. Your plan can govern limits such as the number of team members you can add (pending invitations count toward the limit).
Account state #
An agency must have an active subscription (or be within its trial) to use the panel; inactive agencies are gated until billing is resolved.
Managing billing #
Update your payment method and view your subscription from the billing area. Billing events are reconciled automatically via webhook.
