Glossary

Key terms used throughout LiveAgentPro.

Agency #

The tenant — a talent agency. All data belongs to an agency, and each agency has its own subdomain, settings, and billing.

Contact / Host #

A talent record. "Host" is the live-streamer; "Contact" is the underlying record.

Platform details #

A host's per-platform profile (TikTok or Bigo): status, platform ID, start date, assigned recruiter, and sub-agency.

Platform stat #

A weekly performance snapshot (diamonds, live minutes, valid days, followers, etc.) for a platform connection.

Diamonds #

The platform's virtual-gift currency; the primary performance and compensation metric.

Delta #

The change in a stat between the two most recent periods — used to target improving or declining hosts.

Compensation plan / tier #

A tiered pay structure; each tier's condition tree decides who qualifies and what they earn.

Statement #

A host's monthly rollup of performance and pay, with its compensation tier applied automatically.

Conversation / Channel / Participant #

A channel is a persistent message line (a number or group); a conversation is a session within it; participants are the people in a thread.

Sub-agency #

An optional grouping of hosts and staff beneath a parent agency.
