Agency #

The tenant — a talent agency. All data belongs to an agency, and each agency has its own workspace name, settings, and billing.

Workspace name #

The short slug that identifies your agency in URLs — /app/{workspace} for staff, /host/{workspace} for hosts, and your public application links. It is a path inside the LiveAgentPro address, not a DNS subdomain: nothing in your DNS points at it. Serving the host portal from a domain you own is a separate, plan-gated feature — see Custom Domains.

Contact / Host #

A talent record. "Host" is the live-streamer; "Contact" is the underlying record.

Platform details #

A host's per-platform profile (TikTok or Bigo): status, platform ID, start date, assigned recruiter, and sub-agency. A host who streams on both platforms has one of these per platform.

Stat row #

A dated performance snapshot for one host on one platform — diamonds, live minutes, valid days, followers, and so on. Most fields arrive by CSV import; see Platform Stats for which ones don't.

Diamonds #

The platform's virtual-gift currency, and the number most compensation plans are built on.

Diamonds are not synced automatically. Neither TikTok's nor Bigo's API gives them to us, so they reach LiveAgentPro by CSV import, or by being typed onto a monthly statement. Plan for a recurring import.

Change value (delta) #

The difference in a stat between a host's two most recent periods — used to target hosts who are improving or declining. Empty until at least two periods exist.

Compensation plan / tier #

A tiered pay structure; each tier's condition tree decides who qualifies and what they earn — cash, points, or a service.

Statement #

A host's monthly rollup of performance and pay, with its compensation tier applied automatically. Statements are records only — LiveAgentPro does not move money; you pay your hosts through your own arrangements.

Conversation / Channel / Participant #

A channel is a persistent message line (a phone number or a group); a conversation is a session within it; participants are the people in a thread.

Points / Sparks #

The loyalty currency you award to hosts. "Sparks" is the default name and you can rename it. Points have no cash value and are yours to administer — see Points & Rewards.

Mission #

A target a host earns points for reaching — this much of this metric. Evaluated automatically every hour against imported stat rows.

Level #

A badge earned at a threshold of lifetime points. Levels are display only; they unlock nothing.

Redemption #

A host's request to exchange points for a reward. Moves Requested → Approved → Fulfilled, or Rejected (which refunds the points). Requests can currently only be made from the unreleased mobile app.

Sub-agency #

An optional grouping of hosts and staff beneath a parent agency.

Custom domain #

A hostname you own, verified by DNS, that serves your host portal with your branding instead of ours. Agency plan only — see Custom Domains.
