Events let you coordinate your roster around scheduled activities — PK (player-kill) battles and live house events.
Scheduling #
Create an event with a time and details. Invite hosts as participants
(EventParticipant), each with an RSVP status of Accepted, Declined, or
Pending.
RSVP #
Hosts respond to invitations — from the Host Portal or via an invitation flow. You see a live RSVP summary per event.
Removing and restoring participants #
Deleting a participant from an event's participants table can be undone. To bring them back, set the table's Deleted records filter to Only deleted records and use Restore on the row, or restore a selection in bulk. Restoring takes the same permission as deleting.
Inviting a contact who is already on the event, or who was removed from it, shows a message on the contact field instead of adding them twice. Restore a removed participant rather than inviting them again.
Automated reminders #
Reminders go out over WhatsApp 24 hours and 1 hour before an event, so participants show up. These are driven by a scheduled command.
