Track host payments and split recruiter and sub-agency commissions.
Statements don't just compute what a host earns — they also track how money is split across your organization.
Payment tracking #
Each statement records the host's payment amount and currency, plus deductions where applicable (e.g. fees, tax). Statements can be exported to CSV for payment runs and bookkeeping.
Recruiter commission #
When a host is credited to a recruiter (via the form or platform details), the recruiter's commission is tracked on the statement and rolled up in the Recruiter Dashboard.
Sub-agency commission #
If a host belongs to a sub-agency, the sub-agency's commission is tracked separately on the statement, so a parent agency can see both its own and its sub-agencies' splits.
Reporting #
The Revenue Dashboard aggregates payment totals, trends, top earners, and the commission breakdown across the agency.
