Live Agent Pro Host Privacy Notice
Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Last Updated: July 22, 2026
This notice is for hosts and talent — live-streaming creators whose agency uses Live Agent Pro and who log in to the host portal or the Live Agent Pro mobile app. It explains what personal data is in the platform, who controls it, where it goes, and what your rights are. It also serves as the privacy policy for the Live Agent Pro mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Live Agent Pro is operated by Pelton Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Live Agent Pro ("we," "us"). This notice works together with the Host Terms of Use.

2. Who Does What with Your Data
- Your agency is the controller. It decides what data about you goes into the platform, adds and updates your records, writes notes, sends you messages, awards points, and configures what you see. Most of your data in Live Agent Pro is there because your agency put it there or asked the platform to collect it.
- Pelton Solutions is the processor. We run the software that stores and processes that data on your agency's behalf, under a data processing agreement with your agency.
- We also operate some things directly: your portal and app login, your sessions and login security, and push notification delivery. For those, we work with the data ourselves as described in this notice.
If your agency uses its own brand or domain on the portal ("white-label"), the platform behind it is still Live Agent Pro, and this notice still describes how it works.
3. The Data in the Platform
Depending on how your agency uses Live Agent Pro, the platform may hold:
- Identity and contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, Instagram handle, preferred language and contact method.
- Payout records (if your agency uses them): CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), PIX key and key type, and payout postal address. These are record-keeping fields for your agency — we do not move money to you.
- Platform usernames and streaming stats: your usernames on TikTok, Bigo, or similar platforms, plus stats such as follower count, likes, video and live counts, live time, viewers, and diamonds earned.
- Monthly statements and compensation tier: period summaries of your performance, the tier your agency assigned, and payout amounts and dates your agency recorded.
- Messages: the full content of WhatsApp and email messages between you and your agency, in both directions, including campaign and automated messages.
- Staff notes: free-text notes your agency's staff write about you.
- Photos: photos you or your agency upload, and event/profile photos generated from your agency's templates. Generated photos intended for sharing are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link.
- Points, missions, and rewards activity: your points balance and history, level, mission progress, and reward redemptions.
- Device and app data: push notification tokens, whether you opened a notification, your IP address and browser/device information when you log in, and session data.
- Application-form answers: if you applied to your agency through a Live Agent Pro form — name, email, phone, date of birth, and your answers to your agency's questions. Applications are kept (including rejected ones) as part of your agency's records.
- Custom fields: any extra fields your agency defines and fills in about you.
4. Where Your Data Goes
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States (a primary region, plus a second US region that receives inbound email replies). We also use a small set of service providers to run the platform:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API) — your phone number and message content, so your agency can message you on WhatsApp.
- TikTok — only if you connect your TikTok account: we receive your display name, avatar, bio, and follower/likes/video stats through TikTok's API with your authorization. You can disconnect at any time through your agency.
- Expo and/or Firebase Cloud Messaging — your device push token and notification content, to deliver push notifications to the app.
- Error monitoring and other infrastructure providers — to keep the platform running and secure.
The full, current list is in our Sub-Processor List. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Leaderboards: What Other Hosts See
The platform includes leaderboards and a Hall of Fame. Other hosts in your agency (within your platform group and sub-agency) can see your ranking and the performance stats behind it, such as diamonds earned. This is a built-in feature your agency chooses to use. If you have concerns, raise them with your agency.
6. How Long Data Is Kept
- Your data is kept while your agency uses the service and maintains your record.
- When an account is deleted, data is removed from active systems following our deletion process: access ends, there is an approximately 30-day export window for the agency, then permanent deletion from active systems, with residual backup copies aging out on their normal rotation.
- Verified deletion requests are honored within 45 days (with one 45-day extension where the law allows).
- What deletion of your record does and doesn't remove. When your data is deleted while your agency is still using the service, your personal details are removed or permanently scrambled — your name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, social handles, CPF and PIX key, payout address, notes about you, your messages, and your photos. What stays, in a form that is no longer linked to your name, is the financial record of what you earned and were paid: your monthly statements, payout amounts and dates, commission, and points history. Your agency has to keep those figures for its own tax and accounting obligations, the same way any business must keep records of what it paid. They are deleted when your agency's account is deleted.
- Change history: while an account is active, the platform keeps an audit trail of edits — so correcting or removing a field does not scrub its old value from the history. The audit trail exists for integrity and security and is deleted together with the account.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data — including under US state privacy laws and, if you are in Brazil, under LGPD Article 18:
- know whether and how your data is processed, and get access to it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- delete data (subject to legal retention duties);
- portability — receive a copy of your data;
- information about sharing — know who your data has been shared with;
- ask for data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed unlawfully to be anonymized, blocked, or deleted; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are in Brazil and are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you also have the right to complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
How to exercise them: because your agency controls your data, contact your agency first — it can view, correct, and delete your records directly. If you can't reach your agency or don't get a resolution, contact us at legal@peltonsolutions.com and we will assist and pass your request to your agency where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
For Brazilian hosts: our data protection contact (encarregado) is reachable at legal@peltonsolutions.com.
8. International Transfers
Live Agent Pro is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored there, even if you live in Brazil or elsewhere. For transfers from Brazil, we rely on contractual safeguards with your agency and our providers and, where required, the ANPD's standard contractual clauses.
9. Adults Only
The host portal and mobile app are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly serve minors, and agencies agree not to onboard hosts under 18. If you believe a minor's data is in the platform, tell your agency or email legal@peltonsolutions.com and we will act on it.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated notice in the portal and app and update the date at the top. Significant changes may also be announced by notification or email.
This notice is written in English. You may be shown a Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese translation for convenience; if the versions ever differ, the English version governs.
11. Contact
For most questions about your data, your agency is the right first contact — it controls your records.
